To unlock Mercer Bullet-Dive:
1) Download your pre-order pack to your console
2) Progress and complete the first //BLACKNET mission in RADNET to make this power become available.
3) Press Start ->RADNET->Rewards->Preorder Incentives and turn on Mercer Bullet Dive power.
4) While gliding and using Bare Fist (No Powers Equipped), press and hold the “Y” button or triangle button to dive bomb.
