This year’s E3 will be a big one, especially for Sony. They’re planning one heck of a conference, and will reportedly have 25-30 demos and several unannounced titles to show. Nothing is certain right now, but based on several leaks and rumors as of late, we’re predicting that inFAMOUS 3 and a new Killzone title will be revealed at E3.
Last month, the script for what appeared to be a Killzone teaser was leaked online, which was to feature a female narrator giving a speech to the Helghast. If Sony was to announce a new Killzone, we’re willing to bet a teaser trailer like that would be the ideal way to reveal it. Couple that with news last fall that a large portion of Guerrilla Games were possibly working on Killzone 4, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see an awesome-as-Helghan reveal this E3.
The folks at Sucker Punch, meanwhile, have recently been ‘spied on,’ and it seems they’re also busy with something. They’ve been motion-capturing actors with guns, and have also had a meeting in a large room with a projector. Call us crazy, but we think they’re preparing for an inFAMOUS 3 reveal. A trailer is a good bet, as evidenced by the motion-capture. Could it be a live-action trailer? Anything is possible.
