Hitman Absolution - Contracts Mode in the Gun Shop Walkthrough
Hitman Absolution: Square scraps online pass, now free to all
Hitman: Absolution review code came bundled with an online pass code for use with the game’s new Contracts mode. If you didn’t have a code you’d have to pay to use it. But now publisher Square-Enix has scrapped the need for a pass, making it free to all. Find out why below.
The game isn’t out until tomorrow, but Square had second thoughts about charging people for online play. Over on the Hitman: Absolution blog, IO Interactive stated, “We’d actually planned to have this mode accessible via a code in the game’s box, but we really want to make it available to anybody that plays the game – so we want to take a new approach.”
Indeed, VG247′s review copy did come with an online pass inside the box, but Square-Enix has explained that while copies of the game will still have a code, that they should be ignored. Players can instead download the Contracts update for free via their respective online marketplaces.
The blog post added, “If you’re in North America you’ll see the mode automatically appear in the game menu. If you’re elsewhere, you can redeem the code inside the box, or you can simply select the BUY CONTRACTS PASS option. From there, head to the store where CONTRACTS will be free to access.”

Hitman: Absolution Easter Egg - The Loch Ness Monster! Take a look at our quick guide to finding the Loch Ness monster in Hitman: Absolution. You can find old Nessy in the first level of the game 'prologue'.
To make him rise out of the lake you must first open the shutters in the mansion then shoot two fossils with your pistol, one next to the piano and the other on the landing. Let us know in the comments below if you've found any more easter eggs in Hitman Absolution.

Hitman Absolution easter egg - Finding Kane and Lynch
Hitman Absolution easter egg - Finding Kane and Lynch. Yeap Kane and Lynch really do appear in Hitman Absolution. Here's how to find them.
Finding Kane - Load up the level called Skurky's law and select the holding cells checkpoint. From here walk through the gate and take the first right. Then climb up into the vent and edge towards the grate. Now hold L2 to peak into his cell.
Finding Lynch - Load up Birdie's gift and head to the shooting range. Go all the way to the right and you'll find Lynch doing some particularly poor shooting. You can let him go about his business or shoot him in the head, it's up to you.

Hitman: Absolution Easter egg: Ice Cream Truck of DEATH! Here is another hidden treat from Hitman: Absolution, containing *mild* spoilers. During the brief Mission 10, approach each of the vultures to get them flying, then shoot all five of them while they're in the air. If done correctly, you'll hear a bell ring when you shoot the last one, then stand back to witness a death by dessert in the desert! You want a flake in that, mate?
