Steam version of Final Fantasy 7 leaked



A leaked product description has outed a new edition of Final Fantasy 7 could see a release on Steam.

According to the details that was briefly published on Square Enix's recently registered domain of FinalFantasyVIIPC.com, the Steam version of the game will include features such as cloud saving, a total of 36 achievements and online profiles that allows players to compare their game progress with friends.

In addition, a new Character Booster item that can max-out players' MP, HP and Gil levels has been included.

The digital download has a price tag of $12.54/£7.99/€9.99.

Orcs Must Die 2 Gets Release Date



Robot Entertainment announced the release date for Ocs Must Die 2. The game is out on July 30.

Players can expect a new campaign, more enemies and defenses, and a new upgrade system. If you own the original Orcs Must Die on PC, you'll unlock special content in the sequel. A price was not revealed at this time.

WipEout 2048 Updated to v1.04
WipEout 2048 on the PlayStation Vita has received a new patch, updating the game to version v1.04. The changelog in the update simply states “Various Bug Fixes” but following on from the post this morning about WipEout HD DLC content, the trophy list for the game has indeed been updated. The update is 142 MB in size – a quite significant update for just bug fixes…

THQ Vice President Resigns



THQ vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer Teri Manby resigned from her position last week. She will remain with THQ until July 6.

Paul Pucino, the company's CFO, will assume the role of Chief Accounting Officer. Rose Cunningham was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company.

The publisher recently hired Jason Rubin, the co-founder of Naughty Dog, as president of THQ.

EA's market valuation is down 50% since November!
"It's not a decline as sharp as THQ's, but it represents a much larger loss of value - THQ's market capitalisation is only around $50 million, whereas even after this enormous loss of value, EA is still capitalised at around $4 billion.
The decline I'm talking about is clearly visible - starting last November and carrying on almost uninterrupted right up to this week. From top to bottom, that slope covers 50 per cent of EA's valuation, from a high of just over $25 in November down to a low of $12.29, recorded just last week. While it's not unusual for small companies' share prices to fluctuate this strongly during times of trouble, EA is not a small company. This fluctuation represents billions of dollars moving out of the company's valuation, and the fact that it's a trend which has persisted for six months suggests that investors are genuinely concerned about EA, rather than simply being spooked by rumours or speculation in the short-term."



"EA's stock price went into decline after The Old Republic's launch, and hasn't recovered yet - and that timing is unlikely to be a coincidence. EVE players gain 5 trillion ISK using faction warfare exploit
A group of five EVE Online players figured out how to manipulate the new reward system for faction warfare in the Inferno expansion, thus generating five trillion ISK – which amounts to $175,000 in real world, US dollars.



The new mechanic introduced with the Inferno expansion, provides loyalty points based on the value of a destroyed enemy ship and its cargo.
A bug, which rewarded players for both the destroyed and surviving cargo, was abused by the group by .
