Applying latest 3DS update may render it unplayable if you modify the hardware
A system update for 3DS has been released in Europe and the US. Version 4.3.0-10U applies improvements to system stability and makes minor adjustments “to enhance the user experience.” There’s a caveat, though: after you apply the update, “any existing or future unauthorized technical modification,” of the system or software “may render the system permanently unplayable.” The use of unauthorized devices in connection with 3DS may also make the handheld unplayable as well.

3DS hits 19 million life-to-date, DS software nears 1 billion
Nintendo released life-to-date software and hardware figures for all its current platforms as part of its Q1 earnings today, showing huge game sales for DS and Wii.



Wii has now sold 826.93 million games, while DS has shifted a baffling 908.79 units.

3DS’s hardware sales stand at 19 million in total, with 52.81 million games sold since the handheld released last spring.

Πηρα την προηγούμενη δευτέρα το revelations ...Απλά θε'iko μετά την ψυχρολουσία του thor (σαν γραφηκά εννοω μην παρεξηγηθω, το παιχνιδάκι, ειναι ιδιαιτερα ευχαριστο) και του captain america ειδα εναν τιτλο πράγματι να φέυγει απο τα στάνταρ του ds, τι γραφικά ,νομιζα οτι επαιζα παιχνιδι στο χ360 , τοσο καλο μου φανηκε, χωρια την μεγάλη διαρκεια του.
ειναι απο τις αγορες που αρχιζω να μην το μετανιώνω....

Πηρες κακο πρωτο τιτλο ειναι η αληθεια...
Τωρα με το resident καλο καψιμο! Το ξαναπαιζω τελευταια γιατι δεν ειχα καθαρισει τα παντα με S στο raid mode και ξαναυποκλινομαι. Τρομερο παιχνιδι!

φοβερο παιχωιδάκι μονο μια ενσταση .. δεν εχει πολλων ειδών εχθρους ... μονο hunters, και ψαροζομπα!! αν ειχε και κλασικά ζομπι θα ηταν θείκοτερο!! τπτ.

Οντως αυτο ειναι ενα θεμα.. Συνολικα εχει 8-9 διαφορετικους χωρις τα bosses αλλα δεν εχουν το ιδιο ενδιαφερον με ενα κλασικο ζομπακι. Τον ρολο των ζομπι τον παιζουν αυτα τα γλιτσιασμενα πραγματα.

Ενταξει το δέχομαι λιγο παραπάνω ποικιλια δεν έβλαπτε ομως ακομα θυμάμαι το resindent evil 2 ειχε καμια 10 αρια τυπους ζομπι χωρια τα licers,hunters,raven,insetcs.. Σε καράβι ειναι μπορουσαν να ειναι ποιο οικιο το περιβάλλον μοιαζουν οι εχθροι σαν ξένο σωμα στην συνολική εμπειρια....

3DS XL smashes Japan, ‘no plans’ to release UK figures
Nintendo has announced that it has sold an estimated 200,000 3DS XL consoles in Japan since it launched two days ago, but there are no plans to announce equivalent UK figures.



A Nintendo UK rep told VG247 this morning: “We don’t currently have plans to announce the sales figures for XL.”

Famitsu reported today that Nintendo has sold 193,000 3DS XL consoles in Japan since July 28, as well as 430,000 copies of New Super Mario Bros. 2.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 launched with the 3DS XL.

The new 3DS is the console’s first major revision since it released last spring. XL launched in both Japan and Europe last weekend, and will hit the US on August 19.

The original 3DS sold 303,000 units across Europe and 113,000 units in its opening weekend on sale in the UK, beating the British launches of both Wii and DS.

Nintendo sold its entire allotment of 3DS – some 400,000 units – units during its February 2011 release in Japan. 3DS has sold more than 19 million units to date.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3DS XL take Japanese charts by storm
Media Create has released its weekly retail chart for Japan, and New Super Mario Bros. 2 debuted strong with 407,000 units sold and Persona 4 Arena for PS3 came in second with 128,485 units moved. 3DS XL (LL in Japan) debuted with 187,480 units sold, claiming the top spot on the hardware charts.

ωστε οι πωλησεις του 3ds σταθεροποιηθηκαν εδω και καποιες εβδομαδες στα 40-50 χιλιαρικα μονο και μονο επειδη καποιοι περιμεναν την κυκλοφορια του XL... Ειναι τρελοι οι Ιαπωνες!

Μια αναβαθμισμενη εκδοση του Nano Assault προκειται να κυκλοφορησει στο eshοp για το 3ds...

Εγω προσωπικα ουτε που ηξερα την υπαρξη του παιχνιδιου(κυκλοφορησε ιδια περιοδο περιπου με mario kart/3dland κι ετσι τα media το ξεχασαν), το οποιο φαινεται εκπληκτικο κι εχει βαθμολογηθει αρκετα υψηλα απο τους χρηστες(8,4 metacritics)! Τα γραφικα του ειναι απο τα πιο εντυπωσιακα στο μηχανημα και κατα τ' αλλα θυμιζει κλασικο arcade με διαστημικα οχηματα.

Περα απο την περιηγηση αλα mario galaxy παρχουν πιστες στον αερα που θυμιζουν εντονα starfox/kid icarus. Οσο το εχω ψαξει γενικα εχω εντυπωσιαστει, οπως κι απο το γεγονος πως η τμη του στην Αμερικη ξεκινησε 10 δολαρια κατω απο το συνηθισμενο για 3ds games.
