- Drake's Deception Map Pack: Four new multiplayer maps - The Graveyard, Old Quarter, London Streets, and Oasis - each incorporating its own dynamic events.
- Fort Co-Op Adventure: Additional content for the co-op adventure online game mode, Fort takes players on a journey through the fortress first seen in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune to seek out Nathan Drake.
- Co-Op Shade Survival: Take on wave after wave of some of the toughest enemies from the Uncharted series, the fiery Djinn. This co-op game mode provides a good multiplayer challenge that rewards quite handsomely.
- Doughnut Skin Pack: If you've ever wondered what Sully would look like if he really let himself go, this is the skin pack for you. Five characters from the franchise are depicted in larger-than-life form.
- Rogues Skin Pack 1 and 2: Tired of playing as Nate? Unnamed henchmen and hired goons more your thing? This is what you've been waiting for. Play as 14 minor antagonists from Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

Uncharted 3 Patch 1.11 Details, Arrives in May
Uncharted 3 Patch 1.11 brings with it the brilliant “The Lab” playlist that will be familiar to those of you that have played Uncharted 2′s multiplayer religiously. The Lab features a unique series of multiplayer game types designed by the folks over at Naughty Dog. Several other changes and tweaks have been added as well. Full list:

- The Lab returns and we begin the playlist with a T-bolt/Pistole-only map. We will be rolling out other game types as the year progresses.

The Lab will contain treasure drops from whatever the base game type is (the T-bolt/Pistole map is considered Team Deathmatch)

- Elimination Mode has been added.

Elimination mode will contain treasure drops from Team Deathmatch

- Message of the Day returns – a daily message will pop up with news, tips, and other information.

- The following custom game settings are now available via a menu in Custom Game mode called “Advanced Settings.”

- If you leave a game, disconnect, or turn off your PS3 mid-game, it will be counted as a loss.

- Kill and deaths no longer count towards your career stats in Plunder and Team Objective modes

- The technical hooks to make the Game of the Year edition (EU) work properly with DLC were added

- In Team Deathmatch mode the Airstrip and London maps now are listed with “No Intro” variations. If these variations are selected you’ll start those maps with no convoy events.

- The Long Ranger Medal can now be earned by achieving 3 kills at 50 meters in a match instead of 3 kills at 70 meters.

Important Note: Similar to patch 1.09, all cinema files created pre-patch 1.11 will no longer work once patch 1.11 is released. Therefore if you want to preserve your cinema files please be sure to upload them to YouTube BEFORE downloading and installing patch 1.09.

The patch is set to arrive before the end of May.

How a lucky fan became an Uncharted character

We all love to use our imaginations to insert ourselves into our favorite video games. Well, Jeremy “Spyder” Gallant won’t have to fantasize about being in Uncharted anymore.

Sony invited 16 fans from the U.S. and Europe to audition for the role of a new multiplayer character in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception at Naughty Dog’s studio in Los Angeles. They were judged by series writer and director Amy Hennig, Nathan Drake actor Nolan North, and Elena Fisher actor Emily Rose.

Jeremy impressed the trio with his parkour skills, earning himself a golden Nathan Drake trophy and a role that would make any Uncharted fan more envious than Victor Sullivan when he has to watch Drake hook up with all of the attractive, female co-stars.

Jeremy documented his experience in the video below, which offers us a cool, behind-the-scenes look at Naughty Dog.

UNCHARTED Goes Digital: First Two PS3 Adventures Hit PSN June 26th

UNCHARTED fans in the US might have noticed that all playable DLC for UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves is available for free. While we popped the cork a bit early in the States, this is indeed a celebration of the pending arrival of both of Drake’s adventures as downloadable digital titles. When the PS Store updates today, everyone worldwide will be able to download the following DLC content for UNCHARTED 2 absolutely free of charge:

Uncharted 3 Patch 1.11 Rolling Out Now! Includes Elimination And The Lab!

Players have waited patiently to see Elimination and The Lab in Uncharted 3. Well the wait is over, and the patch should be rolling out now, over the next 24 hours. Read below for patch notes and extra information.

Naughty Dog has listed the patch notes for 1.11:

ND has also told us about a current issue that may affect some players experience:
"If your language is Greek, the Message of the Day will be static until the next patch update. We are getting some technical issues ironed out regarding the Greek language Message of the Day and that should be updated in the next patch. We will also be rolling out some minor live updates that you may or may not notice. We'll let you know as these happen if they will affect your gameplay experience."

Uncharted 3 patch inbound, celebrate with sweet OST remixes
Patch 1.13 will contain an exciting new system, fresh DLC, and gameplay fixes.



Patch 1.13 for Uncharted 3 - it’s not a unicorn, it’s Godzilla. It’s coming to your PS3 around this August 14th. Due to the sheer amount of content and general information to explain we’re going to be firing off details about the patch over the course of a few blog posts.

We’ve been working extremely hard to get Patch 1.13 thoroughly tested and ready for deployment. Patch 1.13 will contain an exciting new system, fresh DLC, and some gameplay fixes. For this first salvo, we’ll just be addressing the upcoming gameplay fixes. Here’s a rundown of gameplay fixes to expect:

Gameplay

- Increased recoil has been added to the G-MAL
- Deathmatch will now appear in round 5 instead of round 3 in Team Objective game modes
- Quitting out of Co-op will no longer count as a Competitive loss when signing-out/disconnecting
- Lab games no longer count towards the Leaderboard
- Death from Above medal now requires the player to be at least 2 meters off the ground
- Players can earn more than 1 “Here, Hold This Medal” in a match
- A collection of trophies have been added for each DLC pack available
- The TAU Sniper Pistol has been tuned so the rate of fire is up 30% and its starting ammo is now 8 not 12
- The M9 blindfire accuracy has been reduced by 10% efficiency
- Cloaked level 3 is now immune to the effects of Disruption (it wasn’t working properly so we fixed it)

These fixes are the tip of iceberg. There are more gameplay fixes coming as well but we’re not ready to discuss those yet. To get you amped for Patch 1.13 we posted up exclusive remixes of Uncharted 3 multiplayer power play music. These tracks have never before been released. They can be found and downloaded for free over on our Soundcloud page.

Uncharted 3 Multiplayer: Live Update Features Update to The Lab and Fixes DLC Toggle
Before the huge 1.13 patch is deployed on August 14th Naughty Dog decided to update the lab with new modes to choose from.

Starting today you can partake in 5 v 5 Team Deathmatch having riot shields, arm micros, and grenades only. While playing this lab update your kickbacks will be disabled.

Naughty Dog has also fixed the DLC toggle for those who have trouble finding games with DLC maps when having them toggled on.

Schedule on future lab updates, details on community events, and the rest of the details on patch 1.13 will be coming in the next couple of weeks. The next update will be on July 30th with a blog post about the Make.Believe winner Jeremy Gallant and his new in game character.

We’ve very happy to announce the release date of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Game of the Year Edition as 19th September 2012. Developed exclusively for PlayStation 3 by Naughty Dog, the Game of the Year Edition combines Nathan Drake’s third critically acclaimed adventure, with additional pieces of multiplayer DLC, handpicked by the team for the release.



A quick recap for newcomers: Drake’s third adventure catapults our hardy adventurer headlong into a dangerous search for the fabled “Atlantis of the Sands”, taking in the mean streets of London, a burning French chateau and the heart of the Arabian Desert.
