Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall releasing in April
The Knife of Dunwall, which is the second add-on pack for Dishonored, will release in April on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
In The Knife of Dunwall, players take on the role of Daud, a legendary assassin who killed the Empress. You will be privy to his weapons, gadgets, allies and supernatural abilities.
Here’s the synopsis:
After assassinating the Empress, and forever changing the fate of Dunwall, you embark on a search for redemption. The Outsider reveals the key to your atonement, but who—or what—is Delilah?
Accompanied by the Whalers, your loyal band of mercenary assassins, your search will take you through never-before-seen districts of Dunwall as you face off against new and terrible foes. Employ a unique arsenal of new weapons and powers that enhance Dishonored’s dynamic combat, mobility and stealth systems.
In the struggle to hang onto the last shred of your humanity, the choices you make will ultimately determine your fate.
- New Powers, Weapons and Gadgets: The mark of the Outsider empowers you with unique supernatural abilities. Call upon the Whalers to assist in combat with ‘Summon Assassin’, track down hidden Runes and Bone Charms with ‘Void Gaze’ and learn to use new variations to powers, including ‘Blink’. To aid in your dangerous exploits your customized arsenal of weapons and gadgets will include Chokedust to daze your enemies, whale oil powered Stun Mines to shock your targets, and a concealed Wristbow to launch sleep darts and explosive bolts.
- Explore More of Dunwall: Make your way through the Legal District and infiltrate the Rothwild Slaughterhouse, a steaming factory filled with colossal whale carcasses and their hulking butchers. Revisit the decaying Flooded District, the location of Daud’s hidden base, first seen in the original game. Return to the scenes of key events in Dishonored with a new perspective, including the fateful moment that sets off Corvo’s journey.
- Choose Your Path: On your search for answers, approach each mission with your own style. Your redemption – or your turn towards darkness – depends on your skills and the decisions you make. To παιζω στο ps3 (καταφερα και τσιμπησα απο το ebay την limited με τις καρτες). Η αισθητικη του παιχνιδιου ειναι μοναδικη, τα σκηνικα και τα textures σαν να παιζεις σε πινακα ζωγραφικης με λαδομπογια. Ο χειρισμος σχεδον αψογος.
Η ερωτηση μου ειναι: οταν ειμαι στο μεσον της ιστοριας , και βγω στο μενου και επιλεξω να παιξω ξανα μια προηγουμενη αποστολη, τοτε τι γινεται? Επηρεαζεται και η ιστορια μου μετα, οταν την συνεχισω? Η' απλα παιζεις παλιοτερες αποστολες, για τα trophies και το stealth,χωρις επιδραση στην ιστορια?
Καπου διαβασα επισης οτι αν εχεις μαζεψει π.χ. 15 runes μεχρι καποιο σημειο και πας να ξαναπαιξεις ας πουμε την πρωτη ιστορια, θα σε βαλει να παιξεις με τις ιδιοτητες και τα runes που ειχες ΤΟΤΕ και οχι ως τωρα.Ισχυει?

Όχι, δεν επηρεάζεται η ιστορία. Αλλά δυστυχώς, ναι. Στην πρώτη αποστολή δεν θα έχεις τα skills που έχεις στην 2η,3η κ.ο.κ. Απλώς, να προσέχεις να μην σβήνεις κανένα save file. Έτσι την πάτησα εγώ (κρατούσα μόνο ένα save file που έκανα συνεχώς overwrite και όταν ήθελα να παίξω την 6η αποστολή (παράδειγμα), δεν μπορούσα καν!)

Η Bethesda κυκλοφόρησε σήμερα ένα νέο gameplay trailer για το δεύτερο DLC του Dishonored με τίτλο The Knife of Dunwall το οποίο θα κυκλοφορήσει στις 16 Απριλίου. Στο DLC οι παίκτες θα έχουν το ρόλο του Daud, ενός δολοφόνου που αποστολή έχει να σκοτώσει την Αυτοκράτειρα (σκηνή που βλέπουμε να συμβαίνει στην αρχή του campaign του Dishonored). Dishonored: The Brigmore Witches releasing next month
Dishonored: The Brigmore Witches, the final add-on pack from Arkane Studios, will be available worldwide on next month.
In The Brigmore Witches, players continue on as Daud, after discovering the identity and intentions of Delilah, the leader of the Brigmore Witch coven.
Players will set out to disrupt her ritual that if completed “will spell your doom.”
Here’s the full synopsis:
“After discovering the identity and intentions of Delilah, the leader of the Brigmore Witch coven, you set out to disrupt her from completing a powerful ritual that will spell your doom. Having already been betrayed by your lieutenant, Billie Lurk, you must rely on feuding gang factions—the Dead Eels and the Hatters—to negotiate your way through previously unseen districts of Dunwall en route to Delilah’s stronghold.
“Regardless of the way you reach your destination, one thing is for certain – you will finally answer for your treacherous actions and fall before the mercy, or punishment, of the Royal Bodyguard and Assassin, Corvo Attano.”
All power, weapon and item upgrades, Chaos level, and player actions from The Knife of Dunwall will carry over via a compatible save file option.
It’s out August 13 on PS3 and Xbox 360 and PC for $9.99 or 800 Microsoft Points. It hits PS3 in Europe on August 14.
